Refund policy

Eligible For Refund: 

• clear defect with the hair (thinning, shedding, cut wefts, tangles)
• orders that have not been SHIPPED or marked ready for pick up within two full business weeks 

Not eligible for refunds 

• inconvenient delivery dates 
• wrong orders ( if you notice you purchased the wrong thing please message me immediately, once hair is delivered refunds will not be granted) 
• messing up personal alterations (if you or your stylist make a mistake coloring, cutting, or altering the hair a refund will not be granted) 

All returns must be dropped off or shipped back for an inspection.

 We will notify you after the inspection to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank company to process the refund.
